Our Process

We start with the basics. We understand and know what the end-user want’s. We create websites that make it simple and easy for the end-user to navigate (rather than having to go through many clicks or go through dozens of pages to find the information they are looking for). We believe it is essential to have a simplified approach to gain great results.

Research

We start by researching the market including competitors, helping us to understand your audience and the best approach for positioning your business. This stage is all about us understanding what you want and then adding our design and marketing experience to fulfil your project.

Design

We offer unlimited revisions until sign off and it’s important that we do not start the build until you are ready. This is because, we need you to provide our designers the relevant content to make your new website not just look great and feel great but to also show the correct information.

Build

Once the design is agreed the website will be built. This involves taking the agreed design and coding it so that it works across all different devices and screen sizes. Every website that we create is responsive (also known as mobile friendly). At this stage you will need to supply the editorial text and pictures for every page.

Launch

When your new website is ready we will make it live. If you already own your domain name then we will work through the different options to recommend the best domain configuration for your project. Once your URL is live, we will let Google know so that they can re-index your website and it can start its journey in the search engines.

Support

Our job does not end when the site goes live. For a lot of clients that is where it starts! We are here to support you as much or as little as you need.
